Hospice care can be requested by anyone. A patient does not need to be referred specifically by a doctor. They can be referred by a hospital, clergy, friend or family member as well as a home care agency, but will be admitted under the direction of their physician. Our services also include multiple visits by healthcare professionals who specialize in perinatal care. They will provide you with information on how to care for a child at home, additional resources and community involvement to help you through this difficult time.
