Comfort Versus Curative

A Doctor’s Referral is Not Necessary
Anyone may request hospice care. A patient may be referred by a hospital, clergy, family, friend or other home care agency and will be admitted under a physician’s direction. An online hospice referral can be conveniently completed through our site.

Medicare, Medicaid and many private health insurances cover hospice care, which allows you to provide your loved ones with the safe and exceptional care they deserve.

Pediatric and Perinatal Hospice Programs arranges visits by healthcare professionals to help parents care for their babies and is alongside them through each phase and challenge throughout the process.
