Our Caring Continuum - Cares at Home, Hospice, Healing Hearts - offers the right care at the right time to help those with life-limiting illness and loss.

• CARES at Home is an option for those whose disease may not yet be life threatening, or who may be seeking curative treatments. CARES at Home offers pain and symptom control, psychological support for both patients and families; patient education and help understanding and coping with serious illness.

• Our Hospice Program provides care for patients with serious, chronic or life-limiting illnesses. We focus on the whole person, meeting the medical, emotional and spiritual needs that accompany patients and families who are coping with serious illness.

• The Healing Hearts Center for Grieving Children & Families was created specifically to help adults and children with their grief and to support them as they rebuild their lives. We are committed to offering Healing Hearts programs free of charge to anyone in the Greater Danbury area and nearby communities.
