Why Choose the Regional Hospice Center

Regional Hospice provides our superior care and treatment to patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week regardless of a patient’s location.

The dedicated team of physicians, registered nurses, social workers, chaplains, hospice care aides and trained hospice volunteers at Regional Hospice work closely with personalized treatment plans that are designed to meet the individual needs of our hospice patients.  The treatment plans typically include pain management, symptom control, speech therapy, physical therapy and occupational therapy as well.

Compassion, Peace and Dignity
Providing compassion, peace and dignity to all our hospice patients in their final days and weeks is the primary goal of all our staff members in conjunction with the outstanding care and treatment that affords patients a better quality of life.

Comfort Versus Curative
A terminal prognosis of 6 months or less or a child diagnosed with a life-limiting illness is certainly devastating news for any family.  Regional Hospice provides loved ones and family members with the care and comfort they need at this time in their lives.

A Doctor’s Referral is Not Necessary
There are no referrals required for Regional Hospice.  All patients are admitted and placed under the care of one of our physicians.  You can submit online referrals on our website if you choose.

Hospice is Affordable
Medicare and Medicaid, along with most private health insurance plans cover the cost of hospice care and treatment.  This coverage makes it much easier for family members to provide their loved ones with all the compassion, care, and comfort they need in their final days.
