Your support will allow us to continue providing quality, compassionate end-of-life care to members of the community in the setting of their choice: at home, at an assisted living or skilled nursing facility, at our Center for Comfort Care and Healing, or at the Smilow Cancer Center at Yale-New Haven.
Regional Hospice and Palliative Care cares for patients of any age in their homes across four Connecticut counties: Fairfield, New Haven, Litchfield and Hartford. Patients at our Center for Comfort Care & Healing come from anywhere in the United States, many coming from Westchester and Putnum counties in New York.
To join our team of runners, contact Laura Cordeira, Manager of Volunteers (& first official runner on our SoNo fundraising team!), at LCordeira@RegionalHospiceCT.org and we will provide you with instructions on how to sign up to be a member of our team, create your own fundraising page and more!
