Every patient has a story...

Hope at the Holidays: What does it look like?

Holidays are supposed to be merry and bright, but for grieving persons they can be a time of  sadness, anxiety and loneliness. Join in conversation with other adults who understand the challenges of coping with the holiday season. Learn strategies for “getting through” these difficult times and discover new ways to celebrate.
