Comfort Versus Curative
Consider hospice when there is a terminal prognosis of 6 months or less, (a disease that has run its normal course) or if a child is suffering from a life-limiting illness. Consider giving them hospice services. It is our goal to make our patients feel compassion, comfort, and no pain from their symptoms.

A Doctor’s Referral is Not Necessary
Anyone may request hospice care. A Redding patient may be referred by a hospital, clergy, family, friend or other home care agency and will be admitted under a physician’s direction. For your convenience, a referral can be made through our website.

Hospice is Affordable
Caring for your loved ones should be affordable for our Redding patients. That’s why the Regional Hospice treats most major private insurance such as Medicare and Medicaid.
