Regional Hospice tries to make its services available to anyone and as convenient as possible. Hospice care requests can come from anyone — family, friends, hospital, clergy. We even offer an online referral system through our website for a simple referral process.

One of our unique elements of our Center for Comfort Care and Healing is the dining plan. Our delicious and gourmet meals are prepared by Chef Jonathan LeFebvre and his expert kitchen staff. They believe in providing nourishing and warming meals for all of our patients.

Perinatal & Pediatric Care

For Stratford families who are have a child with a terminal condition or have experience a loss of a baby, our Pediatric and Perinatal Hospice Program is here to provide you with understanding support. We stand by our families through the entire process, from pregnancy to birth and beyond.

Our Pediatric and Perinatal care is usually overseen by perinatal professionals with exceptional expertise in healthcare. They are trained in caring for young children and infants at home, combining this care with local resources.
