Regional Hospice hosted it's annual Service of Remembrance this past Sunday. 250 people, including loved ones of patients who died on our hospice services and members of their care team, were in attendance.

As each patient's name was read, a member of the hospice care team placed a single rose in a vase symbolizing how we come together as a community to remember our loved ones.
