A Doctor’s Referral is Not Necessary
Anyone may request hospice care. A patient may be referred by a hospital, clergy, family, friend or other home care agency and will be admitted under a physician’s direction. For your convenience an online hospice referral can be completed on our site.

Medicare, Our hospice care is affordable and is covered by most health insurance plans, which allows you to provide your loved one with the best possible care.

Our Pediatric & Perinatal Hospice Programs provide you and your children with physical, emotional, and spiritual support. We accompany Bethlehem families throughout the journey of pregnancy, labor, birth, life and remembrance.

Expertise in perinatal care, caring for babies at home, and assistance with community resources are just a few of the practices our experienced team of professionals provide.
