Any person with a terminal illness, regardless of age, is eligible for our hospice care programs. Home Hospice Care comes to you, wherever you reside–your home, assisted living residence, or skilled nursing facility.

A distinguished nonprofit hospice provider since 1983, Regional Hospice walks alongside Bridgeport patients and their loved ones enabling those in our care to focus on what matters: living fully when facing life-limiting illness. Comfort Versus Curative
Our team aims to give the highest quality of life to you and your loved one during final portion of their time. With a prognosis of six months or less, managing symptoms and pain can improve one’s quality of life.
A Doctor’s Referral is Not Necessary
Hospice care is available to anyone and everyone who is considering it without a doctor’s referral. A patient is able to be referred by a hospital, clergy, family, friend or other home care agency and will be admitted under a physician’s direction. You can use our online hospice referral as well.
Hospice is Affordable
Hospice care should always be affordable to people of the Bridgeport area. Regional Hospice wants to give high quality care at an affordable cost. Care is covered by Medicare, Medicaid and most private health insurances at your convenience.

If your Bridgeport home is not the most comfortable option for end of life care, our inpatient Hospice Care Center in Danbury provides patients and their families options for the highest quality hospice care away from home. Our beautiful center is made to have guests and patients feel as comfortable as possible while supplying extra amenities to enhance their experience.
