A Doctor’s Referral is Not Necessary
It is not necessary to have a referral to receive our hospice services, though you may find yourself referred by a hospital, clergy, family member, friend, or other agency and can be admitted under a doctor’s orders. In addition, we offer future patients an online hospice referral which can be found on our website.
