A distinguished nonprofit hospice provider since 1983, Regional Hospice walks alongside Cold Spring patients and their loved ones enabling those in our care to focus on what matters: living fully when facing life-limiting illness. For those patients who have life-limited advanced illnesses, our compassionate physicians, nurses and caregivers stand ready to help with all their pain and discomfort while offering support needed for their emotional and mental challenges.

Our team provides quality care and treatment at our Regional Hospice and Palliative Care Center all day, every day, 24/7.
Our compassionate team of physicians, registered nurses, social workers, chaplains, hospice care aides, and trained hospice volunteers, is steadfast in providing our Cold Spring patients with customized treatment plans that meet with their individual needs. From pain management, symptom control, and speech therapy, to physical and occupational therapies, our compassionate team provides them all.

Comfort Versus Curative
The dedicated physicians and specialists here at Regional Hospice and Palliative Care are also recognized for the exceptional in-patient care and treatment that is provided to child patients aged 6 months and younger. A Doctor’s Referral is Not Necessary
There is no doctor’s referral needed for individuals to be admitted into our Hospice Center. All new patients are placed under the care of one of our caring hospice physicians. Referrals can be made on our site if need be.
Hospice is Affordable
Private health insurance plans as well as Medicare and Medicaid plans provide needed coverage needed to patients in need.
Our Danbury Inpatient Hospice Center provides comprehensive care, treatment and comfort to our many Cold Spring patients who are forced to live away from home. We are committed to meeting the specialized needs of all our hospice patients.

At Regional Hospice we are proud or our very own Chef Jonathan LeFebvre and his dedicated culinary team. Together the culinary team provides all our Cold Spring patients and family members with a full lineup of gourmet meals. Chef LeFebvre is looked upon by our patients and their families as a kind and caring family member. He is outwardly recognized for his commitment and dedication to end-of-life patients and to their family members as well.
Here at Regional Hospice, our team also offers Pediatric and Perinatal Hospice Programs to the Cold Spring families who have infants and children that are stricken with terminal illnesses. We not only provide physical help to patients but we also provide emotional and spiritual help as well. Our team of compassionate caregivers are there beside patients every step of their difficult journeys from pregnancy, labor, and birth, to life, misfortune and remembrance.
The Pediatric and Perinatal Hospice care and treatment programs offered at our Center are a collaboration of medicinal services, visits and continued support.
