Come Together Gala

Regional Hospice, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, has been providing loving hospice care for over 40 years. Our highly-skilled interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, bereavement counselors and hospice-trained volunteers has the privilege of caring for patients of all ages and their families during the transformative experience of death and dying and grief and loss.

Our hospice philosophy recognizes that every patient and their loved ones are unique individuals with unique needs. We focus on the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of our patients to ensure the death and dying journey is one of comfort, connection and peace.

Our Come Together Gala on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at the Candlewood Inn in Brookfield, CT will celebrate life, love and the joy of coming together in support of the care we are so privileged and honored to provide to more than 800 patients and their loved ones each year.
