We design customized care plans for each one of our patient’s needs. We also provide special services such as occupational and speech therapy. Our staff consists of physicians, registered nurses, social workers, chaplains, hospice care aides and trained hospice volunteers.
Compassion, Peace and Dignity
We understand that this is a difficult time for families. We make sure to provide care and support during your difficult time treating you and them with compassion, peace and dignity they deserve. We work with symptom and pain management that allow end-of-life patients to achieve live their last days with dignity.
Comfort Versus Curative
Consider hospice when there is a terminal prognosis of 6 months or less, (a disease that has run its normal course) or if a child is suffering from a life-limiting illness. Consider giving them hospice services so they can live their remaining days pain-free.
A Doctor’s Referral is Not Necessary
Anyone may request hospice care. A patient may be referred by a hospital, clergy, family, friend or other home care agency and will be admitted under a physician’s direction. An online hospice referral can be conveniently completed through our site.
Hospice is Affordable
Hospice care is covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and a majority of private health insurance, which allows you to worry about your loved one and not about any financial issues.
