A Doctor’s Referral is Not Necessary
A hospital, family member, friend, home care agency, or clergy member can refer a patient to us, though anyone can request our services. Each patient is admitted to us under a doctor’s orders, and we offer an online referral form for your convenience.
Hospice is Affordable
Our Hospice Care is affordable for anyone who wishes to be referred. With high quality care, a lot of health insurances are covered by Medicare.
