Palliative Care for Greenwich Residents

Greenwich patients looking for specialized medical treatment for serious illnesses can find comfort in our Palliative Home Care Program which will help relieve pain associated with their condition.

Palliative Home Care offers:

  • Nursing care to meet a skilled need for a serious or chronic illness
  • Pain and symptom management
  • Emotional and spiritual support for both patients and families through social workers and clergy
  • Other services like speech, physical and occupational therapy when needed

Palliative Home Care, customized medical care for those with advanced illnesses, helps treat pain and symptoms, along with helping our patients understand their specific illness and treatment options. It is sometimes used with other curative measures to maintain the best quality of life for your loved one.

We find that receiving treatment from home reduces stress and is the most convenient option for some patients. The Palliative Home Care Program works closely with physicians to help treat and manage pain and symptoms. The program allows those who are homebound and need certain attention access to exceptional medical care.
