Compassion, Peace and Dignity
By providing exceptional care and emotional counsel to both our patients and their families we are able to help those dealing with life-limiting illnesses. Each of our staff members has a compassionate soul and will treat your loved one with dignity and care.
Comfort Versus Curative
Hospice care should be considered when a terminal prognosis of 6 months or less has been given, or when a child is diagnosed with an advanced illness. We are here to keep them comfortable and provide companionship for them during this time.
A Doctor’s Referral is Not Necessary
Though our patients are admitted to us under the direction of a doctor, anyone can request our care. Some are referred to us by friends, family, hospitals, medical facilities, clergy, or other agencies. We have a convenient online referral form that can be filled out right here on our website.
Hospice is Affordable
Don’t let money technicalities interrupt time that should be spent with your loved one. Hospice care is covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and most private health insurances.
Whether you live at your home in Hamden, in an assisted living residence, or nursing home we can come to you will our skilled workers and expert care.
