Compassion, Peace and Dignity
We understand the difficult time you and your loved one are going through, and we will support and care for them like they were our family. We treat each patient with the utmost compassion, peace, and dignity.
Comfort Versus Curative
When a loved one is presented with a terminal prognosis of 6 months or less, or a child is suffering from a terminal illness, it may be time to start the conversation on end-of-life services. We are here to offer only the best care to your loved one and maintain a certain quality of life while they live out their remaining time with us.
A Doctor’s Referral is Not Necessary
There are a variety of people and facilities that can refer your loved one to receive hospice care, including: hospitals, clergy and family members, friends, and staff members at other home care agencies. Our patients are admitted under a physician’s direction, and for those looking for a different referral source we offer a hospice form you can fill out online to request care.
Hospice is Affordable
Medicare, Medicaid and most private health insurances cover hospice care, reducing some of the financial burden that comes along with end-of-life services, and provides your loved one with quality care.
Home Hospice Care will treat and care for you out of the comfort of your own home, assisted living residence, or skilled nursing facility.
