A Doctor’s Referral is Not Necessary
Anyone may request hospice care, we offer patients an online referral form for their convenience. A patient is typically referred by a hospital, clergy, family, friend or other home care agency and will be admitted under a physician’s orders.

You won’t have to worry about cost because hospice care is covered by Medicare, Medicaid and most private health insurances, so you can give your loved one high-quality care.

This allows for the visitation and care of our properly trained hospice volunteers. These individuals can provide companionship for our patients, help with various therapy programs, and also provide a break for hard working caregivers.

For some, staying at home to receive hospice care is no longer an option, this is where we step in with our quality inpatient services. At our Inpatient Hospice Center in Danbury we accommodate our patients and their families while providing top medical care and respecting each patient’s goals. We do everything we can to create a calming and comfortable atmosphere here at The Center.
