Palliative Care

The palliative care provided to our life-limited patients by our dedicated team offers patients relief from various pain symptoms and treatments for both mental and physical stress.

Pediatric Care

Our Palliative Home Care Program provides relief from pain to help patients with advanced illnesses live more comfortably.

Palliative Home Care offers:

Nursing care to meet a skilled need for a serious or chronic illness
Pain and symptom management
Emotional and spiritual support for both patients and families through social workers and clergy
Other services like speech, physical and occupational therapy when needed

Palliative Home Care is often the care of choice by families of those who are suffering from an advanced illness, since it integrates effective pain and symptom management with curative treatment in order to achieve the highest quality of patient care.

The Palliative Home Care Program works in collaboration with your physician’s care and affords patients specialized treatment options. This program is ideal for homebound patients who suffer from uncontrollable pain symptoms and are in desperate need of some type of relief.

Perinatal & Pediatric Care

Our Pediatric & Perinatal Hospice Programs provide families in New York State families who have babies or children diagnosed with life-limited illnesses, physical, emotional and spiritual support. Our dedicated team of professionals strives to help loved ones and their families every step of the way from pregnancy, labor, and birth, to life and even loss and remembrance.

Pediatric & Perinatal Hospice treatment plans include routine health care visits and perinatal support. The treatment plan also provides families with instructions on how to properly care for their terminally ill babies or children in their New York State home. Our dedicated staff provides help with a variety of other community resources.
