Our Patients’ Stories

Our Mission

Compassion, Peace and Dignity

We understand that this difficult time will bring many difficult choices. Know that Regional Hospice will be behind you every step of the way, providing compassionate assistance. We want to help our end-of-life patients achieve new goals while also improving their quality of life.

Comfort Versus Curative
Hospice care is normally introduced when there is a terminal prognosis (of 6 months or less) placed on the table. We also recommend pediatric hospice care for children suffering from terminal diseases. We know how difficult this time in your life and your loved ones life will be. That is why we aim to give them the highest quality of life during their remaining days. of their time.

Doctor’s Referral is Not Necessary

Hospice care can be requested by anyone. A patient does not need to be referred specifically by a doctor. They can be referred by a hospital, clergy, friend or family member as well as a home care agency, but will be admitted under the direction of their physician. You can complete an online referral through our website to get started.

Hospice is Affordable
Contrary to popular belief, hospice care is affordable. With the coverage of Medicare, Medicaid and most private health insurances, you will be able to provide compassionate hospice care for your loved one.
