A distinguished nonprofit hospice provider since 1983, Regional Hospice walks alongside Pawling patients and their loved ones enabling those in our care to focus on what matters: living fully when facing life-limiting illness. Patients of all ages―from babies to adults― benefit from our in-patient services. Our Danbury Center for Comfort Care & Healing is the first residential hospice center of its kind in Connecticut, offering all the comforts and amenities of home to patients throughout Pawling.

Since 1983, Regional Hospice has provided care choices for terminal patients and their families during the sacred end-of-life transition. Our Center for Comfort Care & Healing is the first hospice residence of its kind in Connecticut and is available to anyone in the U.S. Pawling residents benefit from 24/7 clinical care in private suites with screened in balconies, wood furnishings and chef-prepared custom meals. The Center replicates the comforts of home, where loved ones can focus on quality time together.

Comfort Versus Curative
Hospice and palliative care are a holistic approach to managing pain and symptoms of a serious illness. In addition, they provide emotional and spiritual comfort for the patient and their family.
A Doctor’s Referral is Not Necessary
If you or your loved one is from the Pawling, NY and are interested in Hospice and Palliative care, you do not need a referral from your doctor. You can be referred to us by a doctor, clergy, family, friend, or hospital, however, if these are services you’re interested in, you do not need it from a doctor.
Hospice is Affordable
Regional Hospice and Palliative care aims to give high quality care at an affordable cost. Care is covered by Medicare, Medicaid and most private health insurances at your convenience.
For children, the hospital can be a scary and painful place. At Pediatric & Perinatal Hospice care we understand the overwhelming challenges faced with a seriously ill child. Our Pediatric & Perinatal Hospice Programs provides support for families whose babies have been diagnosed with a terminal condition or have died and how to heal.
