We have a team of dedicated physicians, registered nurses, social workers, chaplains, hospice care aides, and trained hospice volunteers to give your loved one customized treatment options that meet their individual needs. This may include pain management, symptom control, speech therapy, and physical and occupational therapies.

Chef Jonathan LeFebvre and his culinary team provide gourmet meals for patients and their families when requested. To many of our patients, Chef LeFebvre is looked upon as a part of their family due to his dedication and commitment to end-of-life patients and their families.
We offer physical, emotional and spiritual support to Poughkeepsie families with babies and young children at our Pediatric & Perinatal Hospice Programs provide physical, who have been diagnosed with terminal illnesses. Our goal is to help families each and every step of the way, from pregnancy, labor, and birth, to life and even loss and remembrance.
Our specialized care and treatment at Pediatric & Perinatal Hospice include healthcare visits and ongoing support with perinatal care. We also teach families proper at home care of their babies or children as well as assistance with other available community resources.
