Why Choose the Regional Hospice Center

We provide compassion and comfort for our Redding patients inside our beautiful center or in the comfort of their own home. We extend our services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We design customized care plans for each one of our patient’s needs. We also provide special services such as occupational and speech therapy. Our staff consists of physicians, registered nurses, social workers, chaplains, hospice care aides and trained hospice volunteers.

Compassion, Peace and Dignity
We strive to give our patients the highest quality of life possible, while also providing their family with emotional and spiritual support.

Comfort Versus Curative
Consider hospice when there is a terminal prognosis of 6 months or less, (a disease that has run its normal course) or if a child is suffering from a life-limiting illness. Consider giving them hospice services. It is our goal to make our patients feel compassion, comfort, and no pain from their symptoms.

A Doctor’s Referral is Not Necessary
Anyone may request hospice care. A Redding patient may be referred by a hospital, clergy, family, friend or other home care agency and will be admitted under a physician’s direction. For your convenience, a referral can be made through our website.

Hospice is Affordable
Caring for your loved ones should be affordable for our Redding patients. That’s why the Regional Hospice and Palliative Care treats most major private insurance such as Medicare and Medicaid.
