Compassion, Peace and Dignity
Let us support your loved one throughout their end-of-life care with dignity, respect, and care. Each of our caregivers understands that human connection with patients is just as important as quality medical care. We work closely with your loved one to ensure their needs and wishes are being met.
Comfort Versus Curative
Our hospice care should be considered when a terminal prognosis of 6 months or less is made, or when a child is diagnosed with a terminal illness. We provide each and every patient with comfort and pain management techniques to help reach their highest quality of life.
A Doctor’s Referral is Not Necessary
Patients can be referred to us by anyone, though they will be admitted to us under the direction of a physician. Friends, family, agencies, clergy, or hospitals can refer a patient, we even offer an online referral form for your convenience.
