ToniAnn has 20 + years of executive leadership experience, empowering and inspiring her team while consistently increasing company growth and employee engagement. She joined Regional Hospice after four years as CEO of Danbury Radiological Associates. There, she was the driving force for strategic management of six independent imaging centers across Connecticut. One of her greatest accomplishments as CEO was developing alliances with large health systems such as Nuvance Health, which includes Norwalk, Danbury and New Milford Hospitals; and Hartford Healthcare, one of the largest multispecialty practices in Connecticut.
Prior to her tenure at Danbury Radiological Associates, ToniAnn was Executive Director of ancillary services at legacy Western Connecticut Health Network, now known as Nuvance Health, for 11 years where she oversaw laboratory and imaging service lines. ToniAnn believes her strong foundation for business and patient care was built during her time at Rye Radiology Associates in Rye Brook, New York.
Along with a Bachelor of Science in Radiological Science and her proven leadership excellence, ToniAnn brings tremendous experience to Regional Hospice. She is a certified end of life doula as well as a Reiki Master. In 2018, she came to Regional Hospice as a Reiki volunteer, one of the therapies the organization provides to their patients as part of its holistic approach to hospice care. This frontline experience brings a deep understanding of the organization’s mission to approach death by creating meaningful connection and honoring each patient’s unique journey at the end of life.
ToniAnn was appointed by the Commissioner of the Department of Public Health to serve on the Palliative Care Advisory Council as a licensed health care provider. She also sits on the CT Coalition for Pediatric Palliative Care, CT Advisory Council on Palliative Care & Hospice and a member of National Center for Pediatric Palliative Care Homes.
